If Terry Branstad runs for a 38th term as Iowa’s governor, he may actually have my vote, regardless of what he does with the remainder of his term.

Last week, Branstad said he would again push for state legislation that would require elected officials to pay for 20 percent of their health care costs.

According to Branstad, 84 percent of state employees pay nothing for their insurance.
