Montgomery County Memorial Hospital receives a donation for the Serenity Garden. Randy Jackson, of Hacklebarney Metal Works in Villisca, has donated copper wind art entitled “Ozark Crown” to the Serenity Garden. Jackson made the donation in honor of his wife, Peggy Jackson, who works in the Women’s Health Center at MCMH. Jackson said he wanted to donate the art so that patients getting chemotherapy in the Oncology department can have something that moves to look at in the Serenity Garden.
