Kazmerzak and Ramthun

Carly Kazmerzak and Jared Ramthun are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Jared Ramthun and Carly Kazmerzak

Carly is the daughter of Deb and Richard Kazmerzak, of Indianola, and granddaughter of Larry and Janice Kazmerzak, of Red Oak.

Jared is the son of Mark and Charlene Ramthun, of Denison.

Carly graduated from Indianola High School in 2007. Recently, she completed a music therapy internship in San Diego, Calif., and graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.M. in Music Therapy.

Jared graduated from Indianola High School in 2004, and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Iowa State University in 2009. He currently works for Design Engineers in Cedar Rapids.

The couple will be married Sept. 1, 2012, in Johnson County.
