I read with interest your commentary on much needed renovations, etc., in Red Oak.
I agree with you whole heartedly. It can be solved very easily, if people are willing to sacrifice a bit. Oklahoma City faced the same issues except much more needed to be done.
The mayor, council and several others sat down and formed a plan of cost, then pushed it to the people of Oklahoma County, asking if they wanted to spend and accept a one cent sales tax to take care of it and push it to the voters. They voted overwhelmingly yes.
