Mandatory Trash Pick Up

I believe the Red Oak residents should all be willing to put more effort in this. Just because we have a trash removal service that keeps the community clean it doesn't mean that we should throw items without thinking about recycling. Take the example of Alexandria junk removal service, I have relatives there that tell me how involved people are in this kind of action, we can do better too, we owe this to the environment.
