VILLISCA — A Villisca teenager was arrested for public intoxication after calling 911 for help late Wednesday evening.
Cassidy Colebank, 18, called the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office stating she was intoxicated and needed help. She was located near the Villisca City Hall in front of the NAPA Auto Parts store.
She admitted to being intoxicated and after refusing medical treatment, took a Preliminary Breath Test, which indicated a Blood Alcohol Content of .110 — the legal limit for driving is .08.
