Shraft was also the anchor of the third-place distance medley relay.</span></p> <p class="p1"> Schraft began collecting hardware last year at the state meet with a win in the 3000m, and returned to defend her crown on Thursday.</p> <p class="p1"> Running a personal best of 10:36.29, she accomplished the feat.</p>
