The Red Oak School Board is moving forward with renovations to the Washington Intermediate building, soon to be rebranded as the Early Childhood Development Center.

At the regular school board meeting Aug. 26, the board met with architect Daric O’Neal with Alley Poyner Macchietto Architects, who brought bid documents for the board to review and approve.

“We have put this into five different phases of construction. Phases two through five are bid alternates. The only thing we are suggesting awarding on bid day is phase one,” O’Neal said.
