Hy-Vee shows support to NNO

Red Oak’s Hy-Vee recently presented a check to Montgomery County’s first responders in support of Red Oak’s National Night Out event that will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Aug. 7. The donation of $2,630 was a result of fundraising done at the local Hy-Vee store in May 2018, as part of Hy-Vee’s Annual SpringTime Party event. Montgomery County first responders were asked for their support by Hy-Vee employees who wished to sponsor a local organization to direct their community involvement efforts during this event. The Montgomery County first responders and Hy-Vee would like to express their appreciation to the residents of Red Oak and Montgomery County for their support in reaching and exceeding all of the fundraising goals.
