2020 Junction Days cancelled

At a special meeting Wednesday, April 29, members of the Red Oak Chamber & Industry Association Board of Directors voted to cancel Junction Days 2020. 

“After much discussion, the board felt a strong responsibility to the health and wellbeing of our community and surrounding areas,” said Elaine Carlson, Director of Membership and Finance. “This hard-pressed decision was based on the current restrictions and guidelines concerning large group gatherings, social distancing and the unknown of when those restrictions will be lifted by Governor Reynolds.  It was not an easy decision to cancel our community’s largest event. We look forward to celebrating our community and the challenges we have overcome at Junction Days 2021.”

Junction Days was scheduled for the last weekend in June.
