RED OAK — The Red Oak Tigers boys' basketball team lost their home finale Monday night to Corning, 58-55.

Corning's Wyatt Henkenius hit a game-winning three-pointer as time expired to give the Red Raiders the win.

Both teams fought back-and-forth the entire game, with neither side taking a lead greater than five points.

Tanner Johnson led Red Oak in scoring with 22 points, including nine in the fourth quarter.

The Tigers travel to Carroll Tuesday night to take on Kuemper Catholic

LENOX — The Stanton Viqueens blew out Lenox Monday night to win their 18th game of the season, 82-20.

Stanton posted 48 points in the first half, including 27 in the first quarter, to take a commanding lead.

Four Viqueen players finished the night with double-figure scoring. Kadie Subbert and Ragen Anderson combined to score 27 points to lead Stanton.

Shelby Wagg and Carmen Subbert each scored 10 points.

The Viqueens play Villisca Tuesday night in their final game before the start of Regional basketball.
