Sheriff's Report
On March 4, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office finished an investigation of several burglary’s in the City of Elliott by arresting two juvenile males. Arrested were a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old. They were both charged with burglary in the third degree. Third degree burglary is considered a Class D Felony. Both juveniles were taken to the Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs.
