AIB names Blay Accounting Student of the 2010-11 Year

Bryant J. Blay, of Red Oak, has been selected at AIB College of Business in Des Moines to receive the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accounts (ISCPA) Outstanding Accounting Student Award for the 2010-11 academic school year.
“I am honored to receive this award, “ Blay said. “It feels really good to know that the faculty and staff notice and appreciate all of the hard work and effort I put into school.”
Among his acheivements, Blay has served as president of AIB’s Student Government Association and the student chapters of the Intstitute of Management Accountants and Phi Theta Kappa.
He is currently working for Gegner Company PC in Johnston.
