Anna M. Keast, 70

Anna Mae Keast, 70, of Apache Junction, Ariz., died on Feb. 13, 2009, after a long and courageous struggle with her illness.

Anna Mae was born on Sept. 22, 1938, in Ringgold County, to Lyle and Maxine (White) Norris.

Anna Mae spent her early years in Elliott, and later in Audubon, moving to Arizona in 1995.

She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 52 years, Darrell Keast, daughter, Laurie (Dean) Jorgensen of Broomfield, Colo., son Craig (Kristi) (Baier) Keast of Mount Vernon, and daughter Jodi (David) Recker of Lancaster, Wis., ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, her parents Lyle and Maxine Norris formerly of Elliott, sister Janet Thurman-Ginther and family, and brother Frank Norris and family.

A memorial service will be held on April 9 at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Elliott.
