Branstad recognizes two local students for Excellence

Matthew Goracke of Red Oak and Bryton Thoren of Stanton, both high school seniors, were recognized by Gov. Terry Branstad on May 10, 2011, for their academic excellence.

Branstad congratulated the  students for outstanding academic achievement at The Ninth Annual Governor’s Scholar Recognition Cere-mony at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines.
