Jason and Rachelle Vernon, of Bennington, Neb., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte “Charley” Lea Vernon.
Charley was born Oct. 28, 2011.
She was welcomed home by her big brother, Owen.
Grandparents are Randy and Terri Gray, of Emerson, and great-grandmothers, Jeanette Lawson, of Red Oak, and Lorena Gray, of Emerson.
