Clayton Johnson, 81, Essex, died Sunday, Sept. l5, 2013, at the Fontenelle House, Omaha.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Fremont Lutheran Church, Nyman. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday morning at Fremont Lutheran Church from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
