Cortney Smirniotis and Joshua Porter

Cortney Lyn Smirniotis of Red Oak and Joshua Lee Porter of Stanton announce their upcoming wedding.

Cortney is the daughter of Michael Smirniotis of Florida and Kimberly Collins of Red Oak. Joshua is the son of Andrew and Sheryl Porter of Stanton.

The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Red Oak. A reception will follow at the Red Oak Country Club.

The couple will make their home in Red Oak after the wedding.
