Donna Mae Askey, 74

Donna Mae Askey, 74, of Red Oak died Thursday, June 21, 2012, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.  

Donna Mae Askey was born to Donald and Lorraine (Crowder) Foes Nov. 24, 1937, in Red Oak.  
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Jim Askey; son, Donald Shrum; and brothers, Steven, Ron and Richard Foes.  

Survivors include her children, Deb Kirchner, of Braddyville, Pam Miller, formerly of Stanton and Red Oak, Charles Shrum, of Villisca, and Mike Askey, of Red Oak; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 26, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation with the family was Monday at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel.
