Downtown projects a "transformation"

Dear Editor:
    Recently, my husband and I came to Red Oak, as we have done for the last nine or so years, to shop and enjoy the square while in the area to attend my cousins reunion.  We were totally amazed at the transformation that is taking place in downtown area! It is beautiful and a breath of fresh air to the community! We can hardly wait to return next year to see what has transpired, as we understand this is the first phase of three to revitalize the town. Do not get discouraged; it takes time, but rest assured that all that has been done and will  be done in the future will be noted.
