Essex business teacher, Kimberly Peterson, selected to Leadership Team

Kimberly Peterson, Essex High School business teacher was selected to serve a three year term on the Department of Educations Quality Business and Marketing Programs Leadership Team.

The Business and Marketing Program Management Committee and the Iowa Department of Education have put together a statewide committee of secondary/post secondary Business instructors and Marketing instructors to lead a project for developing model Business and Marketing programs.
The leadership committee will report on the overall project goal, critical components of a program model, and assessment of committee work.
With 37 applicants for the 14 positions, the pride of business instructors in Iowa is evident.  The selection committee had much to consider in selecting the team when reviewing all the quality applications.
