Gravel Road Equine Opens

CORNING — Corie England, DVM,  has opened Gravel Road Equine Ambulatory Service, LLC, also known  as GREAS, LLC, March 1,  an all equine ambulatory practice covering southwest  Iowa and northwest Mo.

Dr. England is a graduate of Corning High School and Iowa State University where she received her Doctorate in Veterinary medicine Dr. England then completed an equine internship in New Hampshire and worked for an all equine practice in Pennsylvania for four years.

Dr, England has done all aspects of horse care including dentistry, breeding, wound care, lameness and nutrition.

“I grew up in Southwest Iowa riding horses and showing in 4-H my family is here and I am excited to start my veterinary practice in Corning and the surrounding area. Horses are my passion.”

Dr. England will have a mobile unit with the best in modern technology in place and will come to your farm. Dr. England has an office at 821 Benton in Corning.

“To keep down overhead, I’m sharing office space with my mom, part owner and bookkeeper, Linda England,” said Dr. England. “I’m sure GREAS, LLC will outgrow this arrangement in no time."

Gravel Road Equine Ambulatory Service, LLC is planning to hire two to three employees in the future emergency care will be provided on a  24/7 basis regular hours will include weekend and evening hours for the horse owners.
