Letter to | the Editor

To the Editor:
I am again submitting an open letter to the voters as a follow-up to the Oct. 18 letter that I had submitted regarding the township officers and the lack of awareness of them and the functions of their office. My intent was to be both educational and informational. As before, I feel qualified to speak, as I have served as Red Oak Township clerk since 1989.
Following the Nov. 8 general election, the result was the number of votes counted was truly overwhelming. This compares with the past when there were few to no votes for these offices. I personally feel a great satisfaction for your responsie if it was in fact due to my endeavor to gain your attention.
On behalf of my fellow township officers, I express my appreciation for your generous votes of support, as we will continue to serve you well in our capacities.
