Marilyn Jean Gentry, 88, Red Oak, passed away Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Neb.
Marilyn was born June 1, 1934, in Winterset, the daughter of Emil and Velma (Breese) Stevens.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and daughter, Jo Ellen Gentry.
Survivors include her children, Bruce Gentry of Thurman; Lynn Reynolds of Stanton; and Brian Gentry of Emerson; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, at the Winterset Cemetery in Winterset. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
