Montgomery County hosts themed summer day camps

The Montgomery County Extension Office and the Montgomery County Conservation Board are hosting summer day camps for children in kindergarten through sixth grades.

“The Great Fairy Adventure,” a camp recommended for girls, will take place June 8 and June 24 for grades kindergarten through third and June 15 for fourth to sixth graders.

“How to Tame Your Dragon,” a camp recommended for boys, will take place  June 10 and June 22 for grades kindergarten through third and June 17 for fourth to sixth graders.

The day camps are located at Anderson Conservation. They start at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. and the price to participate is $15.
