Former city administrator Smith files civil lawsuit against city and others

Former Red Oak city administrator Kyra Smith has filed a civil lawsuit against the City of Red Oak and former Red Oak Mayor Shawnna Silvius, former Councilperson Brian Bills, and current Red Oak Mayor Tim Fridolph.
According to the initial filing from Jan. 23, and she has requested a jury trial.
