Dr. Harold Muschamp, of Corning, passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, in Corning.
Dr. Harold Frank Muschamp was born to Edith Ann (Heys) and Ernest Frank Muschamp in Sioux City.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Dr. Muschamp is survived by his wife, June E. Muschamp, of Corning; two daughters, Carol Randle, of Nebraska City, and Jolien Swanstrom, of Danvers, Mass.; a son, Gary Abbott, of Fort Collins, Colo.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Private family services will take place at a later date. Burial will be in the Prairie Rose Cemetery near Corning.
Powers Funeral Home of Creston is in charge of arrangements.
