Rachel Anderson, 94

Rachel M. Anderson, 94, of Stanton, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at the Stanton Care Center.

Rachel M. Anderson was born to Tom and Glydia (Kelley) Day July 13, 1917, in Villisca.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Randolph; a grandson; and five siblings.

Rachel is survived by four daughters, Sara Worm, of Omaha, Martha Hundtofte, of Council Bluffs, Linda Nyquist, of Chicago, and Teresa Arrington, of Dubuque; seven grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place Tuesday, April 24, at 2 p.m., at Mamrelund Lutheran Church in Stanton. Burial will be in Mamre Cemetery in Stanton with Rev. Dr. Eric Kutzli officiating. Open viewing is at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home.
