Mabel “Rosie” Wilson, 88

Mabel Rosalie “Rosie” Wilson, 88, of Elliott, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, at her home. Rosie was born March 12, 1938, in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of Albert and Nancy “Irene” Cook.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Norbert Wilson; one grandson; and stepsons, Bill Wilson and Bob Wilson.
Survivors include her children, Elaine Alexander of Elliott; Laura Weston of Elliott; Michael Wilson of Griswold; and Ada Wilson of Exira; stepchildren: Ray Wilson of Griswold; Mark Wilson of Elliott; and Larry Wilson of Papillion, Neb.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
LeRette Funeral Chapel of Red Oak is assisting the family with cremation services.
