Ada Jipsen, 87, Red Oak, passed away Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak
Ada Marlene Jipsen, the daughter of E. Wayne and Lillie (Tyson) Bird, was born on Aug, 31, 1939, in Oakland.
Ada was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Kenneth and Bryce; one granddaughter and grandson.
Ada is survived by her two children, Gary Jipsen of Red Oak, and Jody Parris of Emerson; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home, Red Oak.
Burial will be at the Belknap Cemetery west of Oakland. Memorials are suggested to the Red Oak Presbyterian Church or Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation.
