Allan Lassen, 74

Allan Kent Lassen, 74, Council Bluffs, passed away Sept. 10, 2023, in Omaha, Neb.
He was born on Dec. 30, 1948, in Red Oak, to Otto and Anna Louise (Falk) Lassen. He graduated from Essex High School in 1966. Allan was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during Vietnam. He married Janet Swanson at the Little Brown Church in Nashua on Oct. 19, 1978.
Allan is survived by his wife Janet; sister, Sharon Felt and her fiancé Thomas Bronk; niece, Jennifer Boeye (Bill); great-nieces, Juhianna and Macartnie Boeye; father-in-law, James R. Swanson; sister-in-law, Anne Swanson; and brothers-in-law, Tom and Rob Swanson.
Allan’s wish was to be cremated and placed at Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Rd., Omaha, Neb.
