Barbara Focht, 92

Barbara A. Focht, 92, Stanton, formerly of Red Oak and Villisca, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Accura Healthcare of Stanton.
Barbara, the daughter of Ernest and Evelyn (Lloyd) Linn, was born Sept. 22, 1931, on a farm north of Red Oak.
Barb was preceded by her parents; husband, Marvin Focht; and son, Rod Focht.
Barb is survived by three children, Jeff Focht of Omaha, Neb.; Mark Focht of Villisca; and Sue Reynolds of Griswold; nine grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024,  at 11 a.m. at Mamrelund Lutheran Church, Stanton. Burial will be at Morton’s Mill Cemetery.
Visitation with family will be on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Mamrelund Lutheran Church from 9:30 a.m. till service time at 11 a.m.
Memorials may be directed to the Fire and Rescue Departments of Villisca, Stanton and Red Oak. Remembrances and condolences may be shared with the family at sldfuneralhome.com.
