Carl Allen Newsome, 78, Red Oak, formerly of Emerson, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at his home after a brief illness.
Carl was born March 1, 1946, in Omaha, Neb. He was the son of Paul and Doris Newsome.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and two sons, Andrew and Matthew Newsome.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Newsome of Red Oak; daughter, Jennifer Newsome of Omaha, Neb.; three grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel at 1995 G Ave. in Red Oak.
Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
