Chase Alexander Rainey, 17, Underwood, formerly of Red Oak, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Children’s Hospital in Omaha, Neb.
Chase was born on Dec. 17, 2007, in Omaha, Neb., the son of Valerie Smith.
Survivors include his mother, Valerie Smith of Underwood.
A celebration of life funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the LeRette Funeral Chapel. Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2025, at the LeRette Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
