Deloris Mae Akers, 84, Stanton, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023, at her home.
Deloris was born Jan. 10, 1939, in Bedford, the daughter of Merle and Pauline (Armstrong) Hoops.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Duane Akers; son, Randy Akers; and three grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Debbie Boyd of Sidney; Angie Akers of Stanton; Rick Akers of Red Oak; and Gary Akers of Grant; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held at Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, at Evergreen Cemetery.
Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
