James Robert “Jim” Bruce, 74, Red Oak, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.
Jim was born on Aug. 22, 1950, the son of James William and Wilma (Simpson) Bruce.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include his children: James R. Bruce, Jr. of Villisca; John Bruce of Villisca; and Tammy Michael of Monett, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 30, 2025, at the LeRette Funeral Chapel. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery.
LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
