Norman Younggren, 92

Norman L. Younggren, 92, Essex, passed away Dec. 21, 2025, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Neb.
    Norman Lawrence Younggren, the son of Lawrence and Famie (Anderson) Younggren, was born April 9, 1933, in rural Red Oak.
    Norman was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marilyn; one granddaughter; and one great-grandson.
    Norman is survived by three children, Brent Younggren of Essex, Nancy Buechner of Sarasota, Fla., and Craig Younggren of Lenexa, Kan.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service was held on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025 at Fremont Lutheran Church at Nyman. Private family burial was held prior to the service at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Nyman.
