Sally Allgood, 70

Sally Jo Allgood, 70, of Red Oak, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, at the Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Omaha, Neb.
Sally was born Dec. 18, 1952, in Nemaha County, Neb., the daughter of Tyler and Leudean (Crabtree) Allgood. She was raised all over the United States while her father was in the military. Sally graduated from Auburn, Neb., High School and later in life the Southwestern Community College where she studied computer programming. Sally came to Red Oak over 50 years ago. Over the years, she worked at several convenience stores, JD Café, CDS, and retired from Nishna Productions. Sally enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Eugene; and sister, Beth.
Survivors include her daughter, Dawn Hale and friend Rob Bower of Papillion, Neb.; grandchildren, Austin and Caitlyn Hale of Red Oak, and Jeremy Dolph and Brittany Grey of Clarinda; great-grandchildren, Willow, Paxtyn, and Bowen; son-in-law, Trevor Hale of Red Oak; sister: Susan Petersen of Auburn, Neb.; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life gathering will be held starting at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, 2023, at the Red Oak Eagles Lodge.
Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
