Johnston - The Iowa Law Enforcement Academy is proud to announce that Officer Andrew Jennings with the Red Oak Police Department is a recent graduate of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy’s 237th Basic Level 1 Training School.
The graduation ceremony took place on Dec. 17, 2010.
