Porch Light to host 3rd Annual Sock Hop

The 3rd Annual Sock Hop hosted by Project Porch Light will take place Friday, April 13, from 6-9 p.m. Admission to the event is one new pair of socks per person, though free will donations will be accepted. Hotdogs will be available for $1, along with beverages, chips and cookies. There will be live entertainment, raffle prizes, hula hoop contests, dancing and more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best 50’s outfit and participate in the costume contest. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Proceeds benefit Red Oak Community Schools.
