Philip Ranney and Samantha Baylor would like to announce their engagement.
Philip is the son of Jean and Mark Mellott, of Red Oak.
Samantha is the daughter of Julie and Tracy Schooling, of Red Oak.
The wedding will take place at the First Baptist Church in Red Oak, April 14.
