Incident Reports

On March 28, at 12:33 p.m., officers were called to the 900 block of N. Miller Ave., for a report of criminal mischief. According to the report, the defendant, Jolene Mardell Cain, went to the victim, Anthony David Smith’s, residence to pick up some property which had been left there. In an attempt to get Smith’s attention, Cain broke a window out of a storm door. Cain was arrested for fifth degree criminal mischief and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was booked and released on her own recognizance.
