ARRESTS
The Red Oak Police Department and/or Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents with arrests between July 15 and July 21.
Jacob Allen Cochran, Red Oak, arrested on July 20 for COC/FTA/FTP, bond: $100.
Corey James Dolph, Red Oak, arrested on July 15 for violation of probation, bond: $10,000.
INCIDENT REPORTS
On July 19, Red Oak Police investigated a theft at Red Oak Do It Center, lumber was reported as stolen valued at $120.
On July 20, Red Oak Police investigated property damage done up and down Eastern Ave., damage was done to mailbox lids, flower planters and scattering of mail along street, value estimated at $120.
SHERIFF’S REPORTS
On July 21, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office arrested William George Gugeniian IV, 50, of Villisca after a call was placed reporting domestic assault. He was held on $1,000 bond.
On July 18, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office arrested David L. Howe of Red Oak. He was taken into custody and remanded to the jail to complete a previously imposed jail sentence on a Mittimus charging him with public intoxication.
