Red Oak girls finish season at golf regionals

SHENANDOAH — The Red Oak girls golf team finished seventh at the 3A regional meet at the American Legion Country Club last Monday.
Red Oak finished with a team score of 608. Atlantic and Clarinda advanced to the second round of regionals. Atlantic won with a score of 374.
Ellen Fellers was the top golfer for the girls as she shot 115. Shelbie Perez was the next top golfer for Red Oak when she finished with a 158. Reilly Black had a 166, while Sadie Uhlenberg recorded a 169.
Red Oak finishes the 2013 season with an 0-11 record overall and 0-7 in the Hawkeye 10.
