Red Oak harriers begin practice Aug. 6

RED OAK — Practices for the Red Oak Cross Country season will begin Aug. 6.

The first practice starts at 7 a.m. at Red Oak High School by the tennis courts.

The middle school track team will begin practice Aug. 16, after school. All participants must have a physical and insurance waiver before practicing.

The cross country season for Red Oak begins Aug. 28.
