Regina A. Elerick, 65

Regina Ann Elerick, 65, Jefferson, died May 14, 2013, at her home in Jefferson.

She was born Oct. 15, 1947, in Mount Pleasant to George Dalton Tyner and Betty Lorene (White) Tyner and was raised as the daughter of James Arthur White and Minnie Edith (Messer) White, who were her grandparents. Regina married Brian K. Elerick May 11, 1985.

Regina was preceded in death by her husband; parents and grandparents; a stepfather, Donald Grimm; two sisters, Iris Brown and Carolyn Grimm; and four brothers, Dennis Stark, Larry Stark, Curtis Grimm and Richard Hill.

Survivors include her children, Cerene Lane of Red Oak, Shelly Kawecki of Smithville, Mo., Edith Edwards of Carroll, Tanya Wurzer of Coon Rapids, Quinci Harris of Pensacola, Fla., Misti Carmean of Robinson, Texas and Harve Corpman, Jr. of Waco, Texas; two sisters, Patsy Troncin of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Kim Griep of Salina, Kan.; and three brothers, Gerald Grimm of Cheyenne, James Grimm of Gilbert, S.C., and Richard Tyner of Mount Hope, Kan.; 20 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life gathering will be June 15 from 2-5 p.m. at the VFW in Jefferson, followed by a graveside service at the Jefferson Cemetery. Her family is in charge of the arrangements.
