RO Cross Country Challenge

The fifth annual Red Oak Cross Country Challenge 5K Run was held on Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Red Oak Country Club. The Challenge is a cooperative event between the Montgomery County Family YMCA, Red Oak Country Club, and the Red Oak High School cross country team. Proceeds from the event benefit the Red Oak Community School District cross country team.
Awards were presented to the top three female and male, youth and adult finishers in 5K races.  
Female youth: Chloe DeVries, Red Oak 25:09; Camryn Bass, Red Oak 29:15; Aedynn Graham, Red Oak 29:44.  
Female adult: Charlette Adams, Elliott 25:29.
Male youth: Baylor Bergren, Red Oak 19:41; Conner Koppa, Red Oak 20:04; Avery Graham, Red Oak 22:50.
Male adult: Pat Horn, Red Oak 28:26; Curt Adams, Elliott 30:07; Pete Crawford, Red Oak 32:01.
