Robert “Bob” Rolle Dafford, 68,died Jan. 13, 2010 at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Neb.

Robert “Bob” Rolle Dafford was born June 2, 1941, the son of Rolle Boy and Flossie Gertrude (Tomlinson) Dafford in Guthrie County. He married Connie Lou Garside in Cumberland.

He is survived by his wife, Connie of Massena; daughters, Debbie Hermsen of Omaha and Jody Zwiefel of Rock Island, Ill.; five step-grandchildren; one step-great-granddaughter; sisters, Norma Henningsen of Council Bluffs, Cynthia Nehring of Atlantic and Beverly Knudtson of Tallapoosa, Ga.

Funeral services were held Jan. 16 at Trinity Christian Church in Bridgewater with Pastor David Clark officiating. Burial was in Massena Center Cemetery.

The Steen Funeral Home in Massena was in charge of the professional arrangements.
