Scarlett Jean Hallmark

Sgt. Joseph and Sheena Hallmark of Noth Carolina are the proud parents of a daughter born Nov. 6, 2014.

Scarlett Jean weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth. She was welcomed home by her big brothers, Landon and Finn.

Scarlett's grandparents are Mike and Jeanne Webb of Red Oak and Bill Hallmark, Jr. of Leon.

Great-grandparents are Marvin and Barbara Zenor of Boone, Eugene and Thelma Webb of Lamoni and Bill, Sr. and Sarah Hallmark of South Carolina.
