Shane A. Kelley of Red Oak was initiated into Phi Beta Kappa, at a ceremony held at Iowa State University on May 3. Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest honorary society, recognizes students for outstanding academic achievement in a broad curriculum in the liberal arts and sciences.
